This is the Privacy Policy for the Bucknell Matters website (which encompasses the following village organisations: Parish Council, the Village Hall and Playing Field) and information that we hold about individuals. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you and why we collect it.

The only information we collect about you is your name and email address.  Further, if you make a booking for the Village Hall, then extra information may be collected, including any additional contact information that you provide us with (e.g. telephone number).

WHY WE NEED THIS INFORMATION AND HOW WE USE IT 

We use your name and contact details to register you on the village email mailing list. This list is used to communicate with you, on a limited basis, information relating to Bucknell village. This may include, but is not limited to, information from the Parish Council, Village Hall Committee and / or the Trustees, Playing Field Committee and / or the Trustees, St Peter’s Church, Thames Valley Police, Neighbourhood Watch.

 

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We will not share your contact information with anyone, unless required to do so for legal reasons.
