Middleton Road Closure - 27 August to 18 September 2025

MIDDLETON ROAD CLOSURE Notice of Temporary Traffic Order - Bucknell, Middleton Road - Prohibition of Through Traffic: Coming into force: 27/8/2025.

This Order is being introduced because of fibre cabling work which are anticipated to take until 18/9/2025 to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in that part of Middleton Road from the junction of Bicester Road to outside Gaglebrook.

Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Bicester Road, Howes Lane, B4030 and vice versa.
